Please note, this is a family place and site rules will be enforced to protect all guests.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book at this property and the guest who booked must be staying at the property.
Guests must bring and provide valid government issued ID and the credit card used at the time of booking.
All rates are subject to HST. Rates are based on single family or double family occupancy. Family is 2 adults and 2-3 children.
Additional or extra people are not permitted unless agreed to in advance by owners, please call 519-534-5508.
ALL persons must be registered upon arrival. You MUST inform the office of any visiting guests.
House Rules:
Please note that bed linens (sheets & pillowcases) and towels are NOT provided. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee.
All reservations and bookings are non-refundable. 50% of your booking will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation. The remaining 50% can be charged at any time up to the check in date
At checkout time the cottage MUST be left in the same condition as found. If applicable, guests will be subjected to a cleaning or damage fee.
Bayshore Cottages does not allow glass beer bottles, we only allow cans.
Pet Policy:
Please note that dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs can NOT be left on the property unattended; you must take your dog with you. Cats are not permitted. Guests must pickup after their pets and clean all pet hair in the cottage upon checkout otherwise a cleaning fee will be applicable. Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the credit card as a damage fee.
